Even before earning her Bachelors Degree in Business Management from Bentley College, Alicia Trotta has had a flair for fashion.  She spent thirteen years in the corporate world as a Human Resources Professional, living in both Boston, MA and New York, NY.  Currently, she resides in her home town of New Haven, CT.

While living in New York City, her passion for the creative arts and fashion led her to attend Parsons and the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT).  Alicia has worked in upscale boutiques in Manhattan and Connecticut, both as a Stylist and as an integral part of Management. Additionally, she is a Representative for a nationally branded couture clothing line. 

Chica Guapa Image Consulting was formed as a result of Alicia’s passion for fashion and styling combined with her business and consulting experience. 

Alicia has traveled extensively throughout Europe and the Americas. She collects fashions and jewelry from all of her stops. She has an appreciation for culture and her travel experience adds a unique flair to her keen “fashion eye”.

Alicia is trained in Seasonal Color Analysis, Body and Facial Analysis. She is also skilled at conducting Wardrobe and Style analysis, as well as, Closet Clearing and Personal Shopping.  

In addition to promoting the importance of image and style to her clients, Alicia also encourages health and fitness.  She is an AFAA certified aerobics instructor and teaches group fitness classes and personal fitness in New Haven.
